We would love to see your responses to our Virtual Activity Morning tasks. Whatever you have made, created or solved, please use the form below to send us what you've done.
These submissions can be photos of your creations, short videos, file documents or even photos of your hand-written tasks. Mrs Munn, Head of Lower School (Year 7), will be eagerly awaiting your submissions!

Consent to use images (to be completed by a parent)
As well as providing personal feedback on all submissions, we would like to post samples of the work produced on our website and social media platforms. This will will be done anonymously, wherever possible. If, however, the submission contains personal data, such as photos or videos of pupils or parents, we need to ask your consent before we can post these. Please note that this consent covers the use of data that can be used to identify an individual, such as them appearing in a submitted photo or video clip. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the school.
Please be aware that objecting as above will not necessarily
mean that the School will not continue to process material generated by your
child that is necessary where the School requires it and is otherwise lawfully
entitled to do so.
The school will take
appropriate technical and organisational security measures to ensure that the
Activity Morning materials held by the School are kept securely on School
systems and protected from loss or misuse.
The School will take
reasonable steps to ensure that members of staff only have access to the
material held by the School where it is necessary for them to do so.
All staff are given
guidance on the School's procedures for handling materials generated by
children taking part in the Activity Morning, and on the importance of ensuring
that such materials are used responsibly, only for School purposes, and in
accordance with School policies and the law.
